HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Tayside Regional Improvement Collaborative (TRIC) is a group formed by Angus Council, Dundee City Council, Perth and Kinross Council and NHS Tayside. The group also works with each council area’s Community Planning Partnership, Police Scotland and third sector agencies.
Perth and Kinross Council is the data controller for personal information held by TRIC. The personal information held includes details of staff members and photo/video permission forms from staff and pupils.
Personal information held by Perth and Kinross in respect of TRIC’s work may be shared with the other local authorities which are involved and with the NHS. If personal information is going to be shared with community planning partners, the police or other agencies, we will advise the individuals concerned.
In addition to this, the Council may check information provided by you, or information about you provided by a third party, with other information held by us. We may also get information from certain third parties or share your information with them in order to verify its accuracy, prevent or detect crime, protect public funds or where required by law.
