Inspiring Leadership in the Early Years Conference – Friday 7 February 2020

The Tayside Regional Improvement Collaborative are hosting a conference where practitioner leaders will have the opportunity to network with other Early Learning and Childcare leaders from across Tayside, reflect on their practice and further their expertise in their roles.
One practitioner per setting in a leadership role across Tayside is invited to attend the event which is being held on Friday 7 February from 9.15 – 12.45 in the Marryat Hall, City Square, Dundee with the expectation that attendees will cascade their learning to their team.
Sarah Philp, Inspirational Leadership Coach, will be delivering an interactive session on Collaborative Leadership to support practitioner leaders in the ever-changing Early Years landscape.
The Care Inspectorate will also take attendees through their expectations for delivering high quality Early Learning and Childcare into 2020 and beyond.
