Priorities for Practice Conference – Tuesday 11 May 2021
A Virtual Multi-agency Child Protection Conference for First Line Managers and Leaders across Tayside Public, Private and Third Sectors.
TRIC Priority Group 5 (Safeguarding and Child Protection) are holding a virtual multi-agency Child Protection Conference for First Line Managers and Leaders who work across the public, private and third sectors.
Delegates will hear how the findings from Dr Sharon Vincent’s Analysis of Tayside ICRs & SCRs have shaped our improvement agenda though the development of the Tayside ‘Priorities for Practice’ (six key practice messages for staff at all levels); engage with colleagues to consider how we can work together to improve culture, ethos and day to working practices, and explore co-production as a means of delivering high quality workforce development resources which enhances practice and ultimately improves outcomes for families.
